We at DelRay Construction understand that there is a huge concern of being without a place to park while your driveway is under construction. In most cases we can remove your existing driveway and replace it in 3 business days or less.

We understand the customers fears and inconvenience.

We can in most cases demo and haul off the existing concrete driveway. Form set the new driveway. Re-stabilize the sub grade with at least 2” of A2 base material. Compact the base into the newly formed area. Set and tie the #3 steel rebar at 18”O.C. Place the necessary expansion joint material.

Be ready for an inspection on the second day if necessary. After the approval pour the concrete on the third day. The concrete will be delivered by a reputable concrete company. The concrete will include a 3000PSI design poured monolithically into formed areas. The concrete will be trowel and completed with a smooth broom finish.

The driveway will be ready to drive on 72 hrs. after the pour.
